Carelessness can lead to loss then only small efforts help

Here the image is that of the bird that flies too high, losing its foundation on earth.  It is like the story of Icarus -- he flew too high, his wings, held together with wax, melted, and he crashed into the sea.  This situation suggests that arrogance will keep us from listening to the good advice of others and acting in time to prevent misfortune.  It is hoped we take the opportunity to act correctly in time before it is too late.  When this change occurs a time comes when small, unimportant things predominate and there is little to be accomplished until the time changes. 'A flying bird brings the message.'  Overall this situation seems to be about missing or not taking heed of messages received.
