Increase 42 to Nourishing 27

Increase means that the ruler gives to those below, bringing increase to them.  This brings increase to all because it is in accordance with the time.  The fifth line changing tells us that we are a good, trustworthy intermediary and advisor to the ruler, that we know the needs of the people and we can accomplish the task of Increase.  This change leads to Nourishing, 27, composed of Chen, Thunder and Rising, and Ken, Mountain and Keeping Still (like meditating). As a result of our efforts, we bring nourishment to the people. 

I think this reading should be examined with others in the last week or two that mention Nourishing.  I think it indicates that the needs of the time require that the elite, who appear to have stolen everything in sight, bringing ruin to our nation, need to organize society to bring sustenance to the people.
