When we care for others they are there to care for us

Today could be unusual -- like a time of flood.  Because we cared for those of lower rank in the past, they are there to support us when we need it.  We may have to stand alone.  Gentleness is the only requirement to successfully pass through this time.  We need to seek out what is timeless and enduring to find the right foundation for the future and eliminate the superficial.  

Preponderance of the Great 28 indicates a time when the lake rises over the trees -- a time of flood. It also indicates that the ancestors act during these extraordinary times.  Taking care of ancestors can help us through this time.  The fourth line tells us that we have good fortune and support because we helped others in the past.  The result is the Well 48 which concerns with the bases and fundaments of life that never change.  'The city and king may change but the Well stays in place unchanging.'
