The second line indicates that walking in the middle one avoids extremes and thus displays good conduct. (The second and fifth line are in the middle of their respective lower and upper trigrams) The sixth line is curious -- it indicates that whatever delicate situation that caused us to 'bite our tongue' or display good manners has passed and we can look back on our conduct to see how we affected situations. It is said to come with 'supreme good fortune' to have passed this difficulty. If you ask me we are suffering as a people because too many are well behaved when confronted with violence done on them and their community.
